The Forrest Centre provides compassionate, respectful and individual aged care to the people of the Riverina by focusing on the needs of the whole person. Their service encompasses at-home care, two aged care residences and a hospice.
The brief was to help The Forrest Centre take a more strategic approach to marketing following huge industry shifts to a more competitive aged care landscape.
Seeking a partner to walk with them on this foray into marketing, our friends at The Forrest Centre sought to raise their profile and visibility in an increasingly crowded market, freshen their collateral, identify different channels and opportunities for marketing, and up their digital game. Our initial approach was to assess where they were at with a communications audit, develop a communications strategy, and drive the development of their new-look website. We are now working with them on ongoing marketing activities.
