We are without a doubt FRANK and most certainly EARNEST. We also love storytelling and as specialists in story, we promise to bring our straight-up approach to marketing and communications.
Our simple goal is better words, engaging content and honest marketing for people who make the world a better place.
With a name like Frank & Earnest, we’re clearly big fans of saying it how it is and we like to work with people who feel the same.We don’t believe in smoke and mirrors and we have no ambitions to be a slick and shiny agency. But we do believe that nothing is as powerful as the honest truth.
We take the time to understand who you are and what you need, and we only deal in words and actions that matter – authentically telling your story in a way that makes people feel and prompts them to act.

And with backgrounds in journalism and psychology, persuading people to open up and honing in on a compelling story is second nature to us. It’s kind of our superpower.

Based in Wagga Wagga in regional NSW, Frank & Earnest is the big-brain idea of Belinda Benson (aka Frank) and Peita Vincent (aka Earnest). Together we have more than 40 years’ experience across the full spectrum of marketing and communications, along with a team of spectacularly talented creatives we are proud to call members of the F&E family.
We are also the creative force behind local magazine - We Are. Wagga Wagga. Established in 2016, the magazine is a labour of love designed to tell the story of the Wagga Wagga community through the people who call it home.
Put simply, we love living in regional Australia and we love working with regional brands. What’s more, we love what we do.

Belinda Benson
Typically coming at things from a different angle, Belinda trained in psychology before embarking on a diverse career in marketing and communications, and is at her best when peeling back the layers of an issue. ‘Why-girl’ Belinda has that rare ability to see through BS and uncover that kernel of truth that defines exactly what makes a product or service great. A communications all-rounder with 20 years’ experience in client-side and agency-based marketing and public relations, Belinda has experience across a broad range of sectors in Australia and the UK.

Peita Vincent
A natural leader and thorough communications professional, Peita has worked across media, marketing and publicity. Peita’s love affair with the written word began early in life and has served her well in a 20-year career spanning journalism, editing, advertising, philanthropy and B2B marketing. Peita is at her best when working in close collaboration with clients to bring stories to life. Her years of experience managing teams, projects and budgets across media, higher education and retail sectors make her a whip-cracker from wayback.
